Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern all contractual relationships between the client and Ultimate Wrap, whose registered office is located at Merchtemsesteenweg 56, 1861 Meise, Belgium.
By accessing our website https://ultimatewrap.be, requesting a quote, or using any of our services, you unreservedly agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
Ultimate Wrap provides professional services related to automotive customization and protection:
- Paint Protection XPEL PPF
- Wrapping and color change
- Commercial wrapping and vehicle graphics
- Tinted windows
- Brake caliper painting
- Bodywork repair and maintenance
Each service is performed in our workshop by qualified personnel following the highest quality standards.
3. Quotes and Orders
All orders must be preceded by a quote request via our online form, by phone, or directly at our workshop.
The quote issued by Ultimate Wrap is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The order is considered confirmed only after written acceptance of the quote by the client.
No work will be started without prior written approval.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices stated in our quotes are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
A deposit may be required upon order confirmation, depending on the nature of the project.
The balance is due upon delivery of the vehicle, payable by bank transfer, card, or cash.
No vehicle will be released until full payment has been received.
In case of late payment, legal interest may apply in accordance with Belgian law.
5. Deadlines and Execution
The completion times provided are indicative and communicated upon quote validation.
Ultimate Wrap commits to meeting these deadlines whenever possible but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (stock shortages, equipment failure, weather conditions, etc.).
6. Warranty and Liability
All our services are carried out with care and include a 6-month or 10,000 km warranty, whichever comes first.
This warranty covers defects related to installation (bubbles, peeling, abnormal discoloration).
Excluded from warranty are:
- Damage resulting from accidents, shocks, negligence, or improper maintenance;
- High-pressure washing at too close a distance;
- Prolonged exposure to unsuitable chemical products.
No claim will be accepted after the warranty period has expired.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure services, such as wrapping or custom film cutting.
However, if the order has not yet begun, the client may request a cancellation within 48 hours, subject to written approval from Ultimate Wrap.
8. Client Responsibility
The client agrees to:
- Provide a clean vehicle consistent with the description provided in the quote;
- Remove all personal items before handing over the vehicle;
- Report any pre-existing damage prior to service.
Ultimate Wrap accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle.
9. Claims
Any claim must be submitted in writing to the following address:

within 7 days after collection of the vehicle.
After this period, the service will be considered accepted without reservation.
10. Intellectual Property
All visual elements, logos, images, texts, and graphics on the ultimatewrap.be website remain the exclusive property of Ultimate Wrap.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Personal Data
Information collected during quote or contact requests is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
